Every mom deserves her flowers for her undying love and sacrifices. Hoping to celebrate the hard work and dedication of women who put their all into creating a happy life for their offspring, visionary entrepreneurs Donna Morris and Dwayna Williams founded Mommi Hustle.

“I envision a world where mompreneurs and working moms come together to uplift one another,” Morris tells BrownStyle Magazine about launching the supportive community that brings together Mompreneurs, who are both professional women and stay-at-home moms.

On Mother’s Day (May 12th), in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia, the twin sisters will debut their annual Mommi’s Day Out — a brunch extravaganza poised to redefine the celebration of maternal love and resilience.

“We’ve always felt the heartbeat of mothers’ longing for genuine connections and unwavering support,” says Williams about the inspiration behind the event. “After curating virtual events within our Mommi Hustle Facebook community for about two and a half years, we felt the time was perfect for an in-person gathering.”

Morris and Williams, who also own TGND Consulting, a distinguished PR firm, define the event as an experience.

Originally, the sisters considered hosting a Momsgiving event, however, they realized that Mother’s Day presented the best opportunity to unite moms on one of the most significant days of the year.

“Our vision for Mommi’s Day Out brunch is to create an event and a haven where moms can shed the weight of mommy guilt, celebrate sisterhood, enjoy good food, and form lasting connections,” Williams explains.

Below, see how the duo plans to incorporate self-care, opulence, unity, and love into this upcoming event.

“Self-care takes center stage at the brunch, offering moms a precious few hours on Mother’s Day to focus solely on themselves—no kids or spouses. They can anticipate being showered with gift bags and giveaways. We’ll host a round table talk covering topics like self-care, relationships, mental health, spirituality, and more—a conversation we’re eagerly looking forward to!”

“At Mommi’s Day Out, we aim to create a rich atmosphere that moms feel enveloped in fun and sisterhood. Attendees can expect signature mimosas, a premium photo booth, generous giveaways, and gift bags brimming with goodies from our phenomenal vendors—LYS Beauty, Black Girl Sunscreen, Framed by Lo, Natural Mermaid Spa, JûrNēy Med Spa, Mink Lash and Mode Total Wellness, Ohhs, Sweet Stacey’s, and more.”

“We want to create a built-in mom community where women can come together and unite in their motherhood journey. We understand how easy it is to get lost in the daily grind of kids and family, often neglecting our needs for connection. Mommi’s Day Out is the antidote—a chance for moms to bond, forge new friendships, and seek the sense of community they crave.”

“Love is at the heart of everything we do, including creating Mommi’s Day Out. Since the height of COVID, we’ve poured our hearts into nurturing the Mommi Hustle community, and hosting an in-person event feels like a natural extension of that love. Our event embodies a sense of belonging, connection, and community—all wrapped up in one.”

The sisters hope that the women who attend the event will leave feeling rejuvenated and filled with joy.
